SEBASTIAN KURTZ
Gym Manager + Head Fitness Coach
Having spent years as a collegiate and semi-professional basketball player, Sebastian sustained a litany of injuries and joint pain that spurred his fitness coaching passion and laid the foundation for his pain and injury free training philosophy.
For the past seven years, he has had the pleasure of coaching everyone from middle school student athletes to competitive body builders, and has extensive experience training clients ranging from eight years old to 92 years young.
He can create a plan to help you to lose weight, build muscle, increase range of motion in joints, improve sports performance or meet any of your fitness goals.
If you have a goal, Sebastian has the passion to get you there the right way: injury and pain free. For him, fitness coaching is not a job - it is a calling.
ALICE HARVEY
Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor
Alice is a classically trained dancer and NASM certified Personal Trainer with over 8 years designing and delivering personalized fitness programs. She loves to create a supportive and encouraging training environment, that inspires clients to surpass their limits and discover their true potential. Her fitness philosophy is rooted in fostering a positive and sustainable approach to fitness. By prioritizing functional movements, strength training, and cardiovascular conditioning, she guides clients towards achieving their fitness goals while cultivating long-term habits for a healthier lifestyle. Alice is dedicated to empowering each individual and helping her clients move better, feel better and look better.
She holds certifications from NASM as a Certified Personal Trainer and from NETA in Group Fitness. Her specialties include personal training, dance and dance fitness, mat Pilates, Barre, body sculpting, women's fitness, postpartum recovery, HIIT, body awareness, mobility training, and senior fitness.

With a passion for movement and a background in physical therapy, Dillon is a dedicated guide to unlocking the body's full potential. Specializing in biomechanics, he brings a unique perspective to fitness, by integrating his physical therapy education with performance-driven personal training.
His approach goes beyond traditional training methods, emphasizing mindfulness and focus in every movement. Whether clients are recovering from an injury, striving for peak performance, or simply seeking to move better and learn how to be intentional about their bodies, Dillon is there to support and educate them every step of the way.
Through personalized sessions tailored to each individual's specific needs and goals, he helps clients cultivate a deeper understanding of their bodies, empowering them to move with efficiency, strength, and purpose. Dillon focuses on helping his clients work towards building sustainable habits and achieving lasting results. His goal is to ensure his clients walk away from each session with questions answered and with a sense of having learned something new.
